ACCOMMODATION IN VILLA MATULA

The villa is in Kalamitsi village, above Kathisma beach, its total area is 188 m2 and it is built in a private property of 13,000 m2.

It is an ecological building that respects nature and the environment. It has double panes and double windows also, for better insulation. All rooms have fans, but there are also air conditioners, for those who favor technology.

The lightning rod on the roof protects the house from extreme weather. The large glass facades are specially designed to offer a panoramic, inimitable view to the sea, the mountain and the garden.

Organic tomatoes and peppers from Matula’s garden are offered to you, and during the harvest in our vineyard you can participate in the feast we give and in the distillation of the grapes.

A part of the property is used by a private company for paragliding.

You can rent the whole villa or just one of the two separate apartments.

APARTMENT SELINI

Apartment SELINI, which is 115m2, is found on the first level. Here, 7 people can stay and sleep, while it is possible for more after request.

SELINI includes a uniform area of 35m2 with the fireplace, in which there are 6 traditional basia (traditional Greek bench for sleeping, 80cm width).

In this very same area there is a spacious kitchen, with all the needed equipment, dishwasher and view to the see, the mountain and the garden. Nearby the kitchen there is the bathroom-surprise!!! The glass-walls and the roof offer wonderful view and unique emotions. The washing-machine is installed in here.

Three bedrooms are provided. The first is colored purple and has a double bed with mountain, garden and see view. The second is colored green and has a double bed, 1.5m x 2m in dimension. This second bedroom has its own WC with see, mountain and garden view. The third (for childrens) has two single beds with see view.

There is air condition and ceiling fan in every room.

The apartment offers a panoramic view from its private veranda, 85m2 total area with hammocks and panoramic view.

SERVICE

Matoula and Christos are living in the basement of the house which has its own separate entrance and are always willing to help and assist you in whatever you need.

CLEANLINESS

The apartments are cleaned by us upon request, towels change every 3 days and bed sheets change every 6 days.

APARTMENT DEILINO

Apartment DEILINO is found on the second level with total area 89m2, in which up to 5 persons can stay (while it is possible for more after request).

An internal wooden stair leads to the sitting-dining room and to the two bedrooms.

The first-orange in color-bedroom comes with a fireplace, a double sofa, a table and a double bed, 2m by 1.60m in dimension. While you relax on your bed you see, at the same time, all the Ionian see under the unrepeatable and unique sunset.

The second bedroom comes with a sofa-doublebed and a bunk bed, 2.7m x 1.5m, with mountain and garden view.

Nearby the sitting-dining room there is the kitchen fully equipped and a small WC. The second spacious bathroom, with a washing machine in it, is found in the entrance of the apartment, near the stair.

All rooms come with air condition and ceiling fan.

The apartment has a big corner balcony with hammock and mountain, garden and see views with panoramic sunsets.

APARTMENT ILIOS

Apartment ILIOS is found on the ground floor with total area 75m2 in which up to 4 persons can stay (while it is possible for more after request).

ILIOS includes a uniform area of 35m2 with a double bed 1.80x1.80 colored blue, a single bed, two seat sofa and a living room table.

Includes one bedroom colored red with King size bed 2.30x1.80 with see and garden view.

One kitchen fully equipped with washing machine with garden view and a small bathroom - shower.

Independent entrance with huge yard and panoramic sea views.

All rooms come with air condition.
